Hodgetwins WRECK Bubba Wallace and Noose Hoax Like It's One of Bubba's Cars
The video you are about to watch was recorded before 5:35 p.m. on June 23. Keep that factoid in your back pocket, because we're going to circle back to it. It involves the noose that was found in NASCAR driver's Bubba Wallace's garage. I should put "noose" in scare quotes. I'll be honest, I personally never really got into the story just because it involved NASCAR. Not that I don't self-identify as a redneck, with my love of country music, BBQ, and just sitting on my porch crushing beer cans all day. But there's something about a three-hour left turn that I never understood the enjoyment of. To each his own.
Bubba — who, I should mention, is African American — found what looked like a "noose" in his garage. Or someone on his team did, told NASCAR, then the NASCAR president told Wallace about it — details that were glossed over during the media outrage. If this is beginning to sound like what happened to famous French actor Juicy Smollier (see WATCH: NEWLY RELEASE BODY CAM FOOTAGE AFTER JUSSIE SMOLLETT'S STAGED "ATTACK" and CHRIS ROCK USES AWARDS SHOW SPEECH TO MOCK JUSSIE SMOLLETT), the Hodgetwins agree with you. In this video, recorded before 5:35 PM on June 23.
Nascar Bubba Wallace Noose HOAX?youtu.be
Here's why I told you to hold on to 5:35 p.m. ET on June 23.

Oh. I see.
Before people blame NASCAR because it took time to investigate — with apparently 15 FBI agents while leftists run wild in the streets destroying statues — it's not the franchise's fault that our media are slaves to the clickbait-industrial complex. Accusing people of racism and being racist is great for views and cable news ratings. Plus, at any point, Bubba Wallace himself could have waited for the investigation to conclude before he got in front of cameras. So there's that as well. I wouldn't call this malicious like the Smollett story. But it was at the very least reckless.
Exit question: Has any story involving a "noose" turned out to not be a hoax?
