It’s unclear if informing illegal aliens how to impede law enforcement from finding them is worthy of prosecution but Homan has claimed AOC is about to find out, as she may or may not be guilty of this crime.

Does AOC not realize she takes an oath to represent the American people and not foreign nationals? And it’s not even just that she refuses to represent the interest of Americans, but she chooses to go against that solely for people who have broken federal immigration laws.

AOC responded to this by doing the most mature thing she could think of, which was mocking him on leftist social media.

According to The Hill:

Ocasio-Cortez mocked Homan in a post on the social platform Bluesky.

“‘MaYbe shE’s goiNg to be in TroUble nOw,’” she wrote Thursday evening.

“Maybe he can learn to read. The Constitution would be a good place to start,” the lawmaker added.

It’s unclear what she means by recommending he pick up our founding documents, as nowhere does it allow for a congresswoman to impede law enforcement for the interest of criminal aliens. However, AOC is not what you would call "smart" and tends to make things up on the spot.

It's so disingenuous how she uses the term "immigrant" to refer to illegal aliens, as they are two completely different things. And what a dumb thing to say, "If you live in a community with lots of immigrants, know your rights." Since she's referring to illegal aliens "resisting" ICE, it's unclear what "right" she's referring to, considering the Constitution does not afford foreign nationals the privilege to break federal immigration laws.

According to AOC, as long as you know your "rights" you will be safe from deportation. However, according to Homan, that could not be further from the truth. So unfortunately for her, some humans are in fact, illegal.
