An illegal alien from Honduras who has been deported twice was charged with murder in Nashville after a "badly burned" body was found inside a torched car and a decomposing body in the trunk of a different car.

A 31-year-old man named Kevin Castro-Garcia was charged in the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Elmer Nahum Miranda-Martinez, whose body was found last month in a car that had been set on fire in a wooded area, police said Tuesday.

“This unlawfully present Honduran national is a threat to the safety of our local communities. He is a gang member with Sur 13, a transnational criminal organization. ERO New Orleans will pursue all possible criminal and administrative avenues to see that he is prosecuted and removed from our local community,” said ERO New Orleans Field Office Director Mellissa Harper in a statement. “ERO has removed him twice from the United States and yet he continues to choose to violate our laws. Castro-Garcia must answer for his continued disregard for the laws of this country.”

Detectives believe Miranda-Martinez was killed before his body was stuffed into the trunk. The motive for the shooting is unclear at this time.

Police also announced on Friday that Castro-Garcia was being charged with a second murder and abuse of a corpse after the decomposing body of 26-year-old Brandon Rivas-Noriega was found in the trunk of a different car.

Rivas-Noriega was reported missing by his mother on Oct. 5 after his family received messages from him indicating that he needed money and was in trouble, according to Fox News. The mother last saw him driving her car just a couple of days prior.

Police said that he died from multiple gunshot wounds and that several of his tattoos had been cut out from his body.

Castro-Garcia was deported in 2010 and 2018.

Deaths by illegals are preventable. If immigration laws were actually enforced at the border, things like this would occur much less and a lot of victims would be alive today.

But at this point, what difference is it going to make? Are they just going to deport him again so he can freely walk across the border? If that happens, I would not be surprised if he got welfare, health insurance, and housing.

AOC wants you to think that a border wall is “cruel.” But not having a border wall is actually a cruel thing to do. It is cruel to enable these types of crimes.

There is without a doubt a link between increasing illegal immigration and crime posing an undeniable and serious threat to Americans.

A 2021 Department of Justice report revealed that 64% of federal arrests in 2018 involved noncitizens, despite them comprising only 7% of the population at that time.

We see all sorts of heinous crimes that are committed by illegals. These crimes are preventable by the fact that they never should have been here.

Unfortunley, these things will only get worse thanks to Biden's alien invasion.
