Trans dude sues Hooters for not getting a job, even though he was harassing the Hooters girls

One hint that you won’t get the job is if you are banned from that establishment after many employees accuse you of harassment. However, one trans-identified dude did not get the hint and found the nerve to claim this was transphobic or some other deranged lie. And the worst part is not that he sued the restaurant, it's that the New York State Division of Human Rights is siding with him solely because he woke up one day and claimed to feel some type of way.
Trans woman sues Hooters after they 'refused to hire her' https://t.co/zAspTjaoEq pic.twitter.com/NHMv8oVEda

According to the New York Post:
An upstate New York transgender woman is suing Hooters for repeatedly refusing to hire her — while the restaurant claims she was booted for inappropriate behavior starting before she transitioned.
Brandy Livingston told NEWS 10 that she applied three times to work as a tight-topped staffer at the chain’s diner in Colonie — despite alleging that she was harassed by staff there as a regular customer.
Question: If someone was allegedly harassed by a group of people, why would you want to work with them? Something is not adding up with this one…..
Livingston says she applied three times to work there, complaining that she got rejected each time without a fair shake.
Hooters, however, painted a vastly different picture — alleging that Livingston was asked to not return to the restaurant for alarming behavior starting before she transitioned.
The wannabe worker made multiple servers uncomfortable by proposing marriage and discussing masturbation — and even threatened to go to a gun range to practice for the next time she visited, Hooters told the outlet via lawyers.
If what Hooters is alleging is true, which I would not be surprised if it is, then this is a perfect example of why you cannot have trans rights and women’s rights. And the fact that the State of New York is more beholden to this deranged ideology than half the population proves how disturbing this is.
According to Hooters, this man only pretended to be a woman after he harassed employees. Not only is that deeply misogynistic but proves how easy it is for men to take advantage of this ideology to victimize women.
Livingston said she is “suing Hooters for sex-based discrimination, on the basis of accommodation and on the basis of employment.”
I don’t have to tell you how infuriating it is that this dude is basically demanding an apology after all the harm he allegedly caused. And the fact that the government is basically demanding they “affirm” that proves how dangerous this is. They don’t care about women’s safety and would rather uplift misogyny at the expense of women’s rights.
This is exactly why this ideology is illogical and immoral.
She filed a claim with the New York State Division of Human Rights, which says it found sufficient evidence that her rights may have been violated under New York Executive Law 296.
Since when have New Yorkers had a “right” to work at Hooters? My goodness, we are literally living in some alternative reality.
The complaint sparked protests outside the restaurant, with a small group of people carrying colorful, homemade signs reading “sex-based discrimination is wrong” and “trans women are women.”
You cannot make this level of insanity up and it’s disgusting that the same side that is supposedly fighting the invisible patriarchy is uplifting them in ways they could never imagine.
