The left continues its conquest by recruiting more kids for its Drag Army.

Performers in drag who read books to kids pitch themselves as a family-friendly event in which it’s supposed to somehow solve inclusion.

You know, because it's the fact that drag queen story time was not a thing for all of eternity that we now have intolerant people in the world. And only drag will fix this.

However, I am unclear how a grown man in drag will solve the lack of tolerance that we are supposedly suffering from.

A children’s drag event featuring "Pickle" the drag queen was shut down at a peaceful protest on Wednesday in San Fernando.

I looked up the urban dictionary definition of the term “Pickle” and it’s apparently “slang for a leprechaun's” P-word.

Here is the example sentence that’s listed in the online dictionary, “Fiona the fairy was so embarrassed when she was caught sucking on Lenny's ‘P-word’ under the bleachers.”

But I am sure the drag queen named “Pickle” just alludes to his love for “a small cucumber preserved in vinegar, brine, or a similar solution.” I am sure it has nothing to do with a leprechaun's P-word.

Parents surrounded the front of the library in an effort to prevent Pickle from coming inside to perform for the children.

The drag event was organized by county supervisor Lindsey Horvath, former Councilmember and Mayor of the very gay City of West Hollywood.

"Today, my office was set to host a Drag Storytime at the San Fernando Library as part of LGBTQ+ History Month," said Horvath in an X post. "What was meant to be a celebration of love and inclusion turned into the opposite."

In a video posted to X, parents can be heard saying "Leave our kids alone!"

“Protestors claimed they wanted to keep children safe while they pounded on doors, shouted obscenities & slurs toward my staff and library staff, and used strollers to blockade moving vehicles,” Horvath said. “The hypocrisy is astounding.”

She did not say what those “slurs” were.

"These disgusting tactics and efforts to incite violence prevented Pickle and Library patrons from even entering the building. I hope no one does to their families what they did to their neighbors today.”

I wasn’t at the event, but I don’t think chanting “leave our kids alone” at a drag queen qualifies as “inciting violence.”

“Libraries will not be breeding grounds for indoctrination of hate and contempt toward our fellow neighbor,” Horvath said.

To Horvath, we say “The hypocrisy is astounding.” Progressives tend to always lack self-awareness.

“The protestors’ message and actions today will not win in our continued fight for LGBTQ+ rights and equality,” she said.

What rights do gay people not have? I am having a hard time figuring out how we can get more equal than this.

“We will continue to build communities where every person is treated with dignity and respect – and diversity is celebrated, not attacked or shamed.”

Would that also include conservatives by chance?

Kids are easily malleable, and drag queen story time undeniably contributes to destroying a child’s innocence.

When you start pushing a degenerate movement on kids, parents are obviously going to get involved. There is absolutely no reason for a grown man parading around in a provocative and misogynistic costume to read Dr. Seuss to kids.

Actually, I forgot Dr. Seuss is racist.

But that said, this will not do much of anything for inclusion.

Since when do we have to be “inclusive?” Why is that even a bad thing?

But progressives always eat their own words. You can’t have the leftist version of “inclusion” without being exclusive to conservatives. Although, that's actually their point.
