It's good to see House Democrats focusing on the issues that matter. Like erasing every single hurdle women have had to jump in order to get ahead of some sexist man haters. By making it legal for your high school athlete daughter to have opportunities taken from her by forcing her to compete against boys who say they're girls. Gotta love that equality, eh?

Democrats’ Equality Act would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to make “sexual orientation and gender identity” protected characteristics under federal anti-discrimination law. Among other things, the bill would force public schools to expand female athletic teams to include biological males who identify as transgender girls.

“Opponents of equality in athletics for transgender athletes have argued that girls who are transgender have unfair physiological advantages over cisgender girls and as a result, will dominate women’s competitive sports,” Warbelow wrote, calling it not “rooted in fact” that biologically male athletes will outperform their female counterparts.

It is anti-science to say men and women aren't biologically different, mostly because men and women, by nature of being a man or a woman, are different. Biologically. Physically. Emotionally. Pretty much different in pretty much most ways.

Now take a man who is also shooting himself up with hormones, and it's a clear unfair advantage to men who are not shooting themselves with hormones. Vastly more testosterone gives a clear edge in athletic endeavors. A man's maleness also gives him greater bone density even if he's crippled by failing to ask for directions when lost.

In high school athletics, a lot of girls may be relying on an athletic scholarship for college. When they raise a feminine finger to note their objection to crappy boys taking their spots because they're crappy boys, those girls get to be called bigots. As they watch Chad who is now Chastity run passed them in the 400-meter relay, penis flapping in the breeze.

By the way, we do have a story of a girl, who didn't transition to anything, she's just a girl, kicking the crap out of boys. They didn't take it well.
