The American people have known for a while that there are two justice systems in America. Exhibit Q is Hunter Biden getting the same deal every other spoiled rich kid gets if their dad is powerful enough. The fact that Hunter's dad is the President of the United States makes it a bigger slap in the face. And one person speaking out is rapper Kodak Black's lawyer Bradford Cohen.

The Grammy award-winning Black got three years for using an incorrect Social Security number on a federal gun purchase form in order to buy three firearms from a Miami-area shop. Hunter is getting two years probation (NO jail time) for possessing a firearm as a drug user after he lied on a federal gun purchase form about being a crackhead.

Cohen questioned the matter on an Instagram post: “2 tiers of justice? Kodak was charged for the same crime. Got over 3 years. Mr. Biden will not serve a day. Feels right? Do FBI agents and federal authorities take cases personally?”

On Twitter, the attorney says he has yet to have a plea involving gun charges and tax evasion that did NOT carry a jail sentence.

The irony in all this is that the only reason Kodak Black is not in prison? He was pardoned by former president Donald Trump, one of Hunter's dad's potential 2024 opponents.

If Joe Biden thought sweeping the barest minimum of Hunter's crimes under the rug was going to stop it from being a campaign issue in 2024, nope. If anything, it made things worse for both Joe and his #1 son.
