LOL: Ibram Kendi's 'Antiracism' Center Accused Of Perpetuating -- Wait For It -- Systemic Injustice
Racist activist Ibram X. Kendi's Antiracist Research Center at Boston University had laid off approximately 15 to 20 staff members in what it called an "evolving" process. This comes amidst accusations from former workers that the organization was 'exploitative' and poorly managed.
I guess racism must be slow these days in order to layoff that many staff members.
"The Center is evolving to a fellowship model. Dr. Kendi remains the Director. We can confirm that there were layoffs at the Center. The University and Center are committed to working with and supporting affected employees as they look for their next opportunities," Boston University PR Associate Vice President Rachel Lapal Cavallario said.
Former staff members have claimed the opposite, and that Kendi was given too much power and that he mistreated those working for him.
For example, Boston University associate professor Dr. Phillipe Copeland questioned how the "mass layoffs" adhere to Kendi's "antiracist" framework.
“There are a number of ways it got to this point, it started very early on when the university decided to create a center that rested in the hands of one human being, an individual given millions of dollars and so much authority,” Spencer Piston, faculty lead of the center's policy office told the Boston Globe.
Former assistant director of narrative at the center, Saida Grundy, said the center lacked structure and the culture was 'exploitative' as she was asked to work unreasonable hours.
What is the point of the ‘director of narrative?’ What an absolute waste of money.
“It became very clear after I started that this was exploitative and other faculty experienced the same and worse,” she said.
So she is shocked that working for a raging racist was ‘exploitative?’ She has no one to blame but herself in this situation.
Kendi founded the Center for Antiracist Research in 2020. He is the author of the book "How to be an Antiracist,” which he claimed was meant to teach people, including children, to 'see racism.'
If racism is so prevalent, why do you have to teach people how to see it? And isn’t that the opposite of what you want to do if you are trying not to be racist?
The Center for Antiracist Research mission is "to create novel and practical ways to understand, explain, and solve seemingly intractable problems of racial inequity and injustice."
Kendi is a repulsive and awful human being and I am not surprised people hate working for him.
He literally believes every thought and action should revolve around race. How racist can you get?
According to his book "Racism is a marriage of racist policies and racist ideas that produces and normalizes racial inequities.”
In other words, he is a racial Marxist that defines everything in existence as racist and the only way you can fix it is with communism, since that is the only way you can have equality of outcome or ‘equity.’
He also believes “The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination. The only remedy to prevent future discrimination is future discrimination.”
In other words, only more racism can stop racism. That makes perfect sense.
His books are nothing more than dehumanized political ideology that attempt to indoctrinate the masses.
But due to the layoffs, I think it is safe to assume that being a flaming racist does not pay as well as it used to.
