Watch: Rude customer messes around, finds out when teen blasts them in the face with a power hose
There are two schools of thought when it comes to retail. One is the classic "the customer is always right." An opposing theory has been put forth by retail shopping expert Shannon Hamilton that says, "the customer is always an asshole." The video you are about to see falls into the latter category, where some schmuck threw a cup of lemonade at a car wash employee... who was armed.
Anna Harycki is an Indiana native working at the local car wash when a loser tossed her beverage out the window.
The driver, in her rush to be a raging biyatch, didn't think her plan out. If you are going to throw something at an innocent person, you need to have a quick getaway. NOT be stuck on a conveyor belt at a car wash when they have your identity on file.
"I was loading the car like I did with so many cars before that, making sure they safely entered the car wash belt. Once I pulled the car in all the way, I put the numbers into the system so they got the car wash they paid for."
Also, this part is key: never throw something at someone when they are clearly holding something that could be used as a weapon in retaliation. The customer learned this the hard way when she got blasted in the face.
The lemonade-throwing driver was driving her boyfriend around, who no doubt spent the rest of the weekend telling her she was perfect, she didn't do anything wrong, and how rude it was for Anna to defend herself.
NEW: Teenager blasts woman with a pressurized hose at a car wash after the driver rolls her window down and throws a drink at her.
Instant karma.
The incident happened at an Indiana car wash while 18-year-old Anna Harycki was working.

As a twist, since the incident took place in real America and not a progressive city somewhere, Anna was NOT FIRED for defending herself. Instead, the loser lemonade thrower and her boyfriend have been banned from the car wash. Anna probably got the rest of the day off, and now enjoys the right end of viral superstardom.
Apropos of nothing, did the car washes where you live stop cleaning out the inside of your car since the pandemic? Now "for your convenience" they provide YOU with vacuums to do it yourself. Not cleaning the inside of your car defeats the purpose of paying someone to clean your car. I can hose down the outside of it myself.
