The term "gross" describes a lot of things. Gross income. Gross margin. Grossly impaired. The latter was applied to an illegal who downed a gross amount of alcohol. Then grossly miscalculated his speed and projection of his car. Slaughtering a toddler.

An unlicensed illegal immigrant was “grossly impaired” when he crashed into an ambulance and killed a 3-year-old boy, court papers say. The boy, from Wise, Va., died Monday, a day after the crash. He was with his mother in the ambulance when it was struck and rolled over in Winston-Salem, N.C. Lyndsay Ann Oakes, 27, suffered minor injuries.

Court papers say Romero, who was behind the wheel of a Honda Accord even though he had never owned a driver’s license, had “bloodshot, glassy eyes,” slurred his speech and looked “grossly impaired,” according to the station.

The boy and his mom were headed to a trauma center. The boy had previous medical issues. It's possible the crash on its own isn't all that killed the boy. Rather a cocktail of medical issues paired with blunt force trauma. Matching the number of cocktails enjoyed by the alien.

Letting Romero gayly skip over the border was dangerous. It led to the death of a toddler. If Romero hadn't been in the country, the little boy wouldn't be with Jesus. The left wants more Romeros to practice their Olympic skills. Swimming, running, and jumping into America. Then they tout cute, little Hispanic boys, lobbying open border votes based on sympathy. Meanwhile, that very same sympathy is killing little American boys, girls, and everyone in between.

This is not the first time a life has been taken by an illegal, and it won't be the last. All in the name of blue votes:
