When it comes to integration, Middle Eastern refugees have a less-than-stellar track record (read: RELIGION OF PEACE: Refugees Go on Stabbing Spree. German Family Records Aftermath…). If you point out that centuries old cities are being trashed and refugees are bringing 14-year-old child brides, expect to be promptly crucified. Ironically a torture/execution method also brought to you from that same armpit of the world. The circle of life, my friends! Bearing that in mind, get the cross and nails handy. Today's story is coming to you from Austria:

An Iraqi refugee who raped a 10-year-old boy at a swimming pool has had his conviction overturned because a court didn't prove he realised the boy was saying no.

The rapist, identified as Amir A, 20, violently sexually assaulted the boy in the changing room of Theresienbad pool in Austria claiming it was a 'sexual emergency' because he had not had sex for four months.

But an appeal court in the country accepted the defence lawyer's claim that the lower court had not done enough to prove he knew the schoolboy was saying no and overturned the conviction.

Since when can 10-year-old boys consent to anything? The tiny tyke probably still believes in Santa Clause and sees boogers as a part of the food pyramid. Hence why we don't allow small children with temporary interests to make permanent decisions regarding their sexual biology. We have laws for that sort of thing.

The fact is the boy did not consent, and he immediately reported the rape to the authorities. Whatever happened to "always believe the victim?" The cops arrested this human piece of garbage on the diving board. Arrested. On a diving board. Allow me to offer an alternative solution: cuff him, and throw him off. Less paperwork.

A couple things irk me regarding this story. Obviously the rape itself. But equally disturbing is the cavalier attitude of the Austrian Court. The Judge sees no issue with a grown man molesting a kid, as long as the kid says it's okay. And the perp is the left's victim-class-du-jour (#NotAllRapingPedophileMuslims). It's this same leftist ideology used to justify pumping a 7-year-old boy full of cancer-causing hormones simply because he doesn't like the way his peen wrinkles. Children are wonderful, but they're pretty stupid. If we don't let kids even make their own dietary choices (fruit-roll ups is not a food group), how about we punt the "should I have random bathroom sex with a creepy middle eastern guy" until they're old enough to vote. Sound reasonable?
