Even if a migrant's life would be in danger if deported due to sexual preferences, why should places like the UK care when the individual has previously raped a sleeping woman? That is currently the status quo, as UK residents seem to be second-class citizens in their own country.

A migrant who was convicted of raping a woman in her sleep will be allowed to stay in the UK after claiming he was bisexual, as his life would allegedly be in danger if he was deported to Jamaica.

According to the Daily Mail:

A migrant who raped a sleeping woman has won a bid to stay in the UK after arguing his life would be in danger if he was deported to Jamaica because he is 'bisexual'.

The 41-year-old claimed he didn't know that having sex with a woman who is sleeping was wrong.

Who would have guessed that claiming ignorance when it comes to the criminality of rape was a successful defense strategy?

One would think at least certain laws, like rape and assault, would be the minimum when it comes to deportation but that is not the current state of affairs, so long as you claim to have a certain sexual preference.

The man, who was granted anonymity for his own protection, was sentenced to seven years in jail in 2018 for the rape at a party.

He was released in June 2021 and given a deportation order, with The Home Office branding him a 'danger to the community'.

So it appears it no longer matters if someone is a “danger to the community” if they are gay, as these people get special rights, while citizens are mocked into oblivion.

I don’t think there is any more evidence needed to prove officials despise their citizens, as they could care less about putting them in danger, so long as they are politically correct.
