Joe Biden's communications team needs to be blacklisted from ever working in communications. It's astounding how terrible they are at this. Or, they figure since most in the media are on their side, they'll never be accountable for their idiocy. Exhibit Q is whoever thought it was a good idea for Joe Biden to make it all about his son Beau Biden — you may not have heard, but Beau died — when talking to GOLD STAR FAMILIES AS THEY WATCH THEIR FALLEN LOVED ONES BE TAKEN OFF A MILITARY TRANSPORT. You would think after Biden got called out by a pregnant widow of one of the fallen Marines, the White House would drop it. Yet here is Jen Psaki, using Beau — you may not have heard, but Beau died — to avoid questions about angry Gold Star families.

REPORTER: What was up with Joe Biden checking his watch during the "dignified transfer?"

PSAKI: Well, as you all know, Joe Biden knows what it's like to lose a child ...

REPORTER: Hunter?

PSAKI: No, the other one. Beau. The one POTUS isn't embarrassed by.

REPORTER: Yeah, but Beau has nothing to do with the question I asked you about.

PSAKI: Yeah, and?

We didn't write about President Puddinghead's pathetic speech on Tuesday. Courtney and I both came to the same conclusion when we tried to find a word that rhymes with "shit for brains."

Eventually, even we run out of anger. What more is there to say about a president who showed up at a dignified transfer of fallen service members and kept checking his watch as if he had somewhere else to be? Biden got snippy at a Gold Star father who got upset over the president making it about Beau. Biden got snippy at a Gold Star mother and rolled his eyes at her. Another one yelled, "I hope you burn in hell." Another Gold Star mother didn't make the trip after calling Biden "dementia-ridden."

So when the president stood before the American people on Tuesday and repeated the same lies and excuses he's been saying for two weeks, only angrier and all at once, there isn't much left to say. The families of the service members who were killed as a result of Biden's incompetence say it all.
