Jimmy Kimmel used to be a funny guy. But, that was before he cleaned out his writing staff and started taking cues from the DNC. Now, there's very little difference between Kimmel and a talking head on MSNBC.

Many leftists have taken to calling Jimmy "the moral conscience of America,"  Despite all his grandstanding, suddenly Jimmy's not interested in the title.

“They're saying that I'm calling myself the moral conscience of America, which I most certainly never did and most certainly never would.”

To be fair, Kimmel's right. It's other celebrities, leftist bloggers, and the Democrat Party who bestowed that title upon him. The rub is he's turned into such a sanctimonious doucher who acts like our "moral conscience," so it's easy to get confused.

As for one of the reasons why he didn't make Harvey Weinstein jokes?

“I'm not in the movie business.”

Yeah, that's a big ol' load of bollocks. Jimmy's not in the policy making business either. Not to mention, wasn't that him hosting the Oscars this year? And next year. Also, doesn't he live in Los Angeles with people in the industry, and doesn't he make his living by schmoozing with Tinseltown A-listers?

It's obvious why Jimmy kept his pie-hole shut. He has no problem calling out elites. He hosts an hourlong rant against Donald Trump every weeknight at 11:30 EST. No, Jimmy refrained from calling out Weinstein for the same reason all the other Hollywood lefties did. Because he's a coward who waited until it was safe to acknowledge the truth.
