Is Jha talking about the 78-year-old president or a three-year-old child?

As you'll see when you compare the quote from the video with my transcription of said quote, I added four words. But they fit perfectly. Worse, the press room laughed it off, as if it's normal to talk about the president like he's a three-year-old refusing to eat because his tummy hurts and he wants dessert instead.

I know this because I've almost verbatim said the same to my sister when I was watching after my three-year-old nephew. Though, unlike Joey, my nephew remembers to tell people when he has to use the potty.

Can you imagine any other president being talked about like this AND the press thinking it was funny?

As for why we're hearing from Biden's advisor and not his medical doctor, for reasons known only to this White House they are hiding him. Didn't you get the memo?
