Contrary to what people in the White House may think, it is NOT only Republicans SEIZING on Joe Biden being a senile, easily confused, doesn't-know-where-he-is, old coot who can't be trusted around reporters. Reporters see it themselves. So, on a weekend when the 217-year-old president forgot how gravity works, maybe you don't want to send his daughter and granddaughter to save him from reporters.

Biden was on the beach. On vacation. Yes, again.

I'll be fair to Biden somewhat. I'll be 27% fair. This is the least bad example we've seen. It's not like Biden getting saved by aides having a conniption. Or needing to be saved by his wife. Or needing to be saved by the easter bunny. This wasn't an "oh crap, someone stop him before we have to say he didn't mean what he said again" moment. It was more like when Paw Paw promised you ice cream after church, only he won't stop talking to people. And dagnabit, you're bored, and you want your damn ice cream.

But there has to be someone in the White House with half a functioning brain enough to know video after video after video after video after video like this is a bad look. Not that I want them to change course. Biden can't look any more feeble than he does. It's both good for content and the red supernova coming in November to clear a path for President DeSantis.

Just saying, though. Elder Abuse Day was last week. Someone gave Biden a piece of paper to sign and everything.
