Let's just quote the "fact" checkers upfront that Joe Biden was only resting his eyes. They haven't circled the wagons in Joe's defense yet, but you know it's coming. Though it will be interesting to see the Washington Post "fact" checker say this video tweeted by a Washington Post reporter is out of context.

This is our puddingheaded president, who is of sound mind and body, needing an aide to wake him up at the United Nations Climate Change Conference. A group of global(ist) leaders finding new and exciting ways to use the idea of climate change to remake the global economy.

It's easy to make fun of Joe Biden. It's fun, too. Laughing at Sleepy Joe's expense beats having to think about how this nincompoop is our president, an inconvenient truth more and more Americans are realizing. But, in all honesty, who hasn't fallen asleep during a boring meeting before? Having to listen to old people drone on and on is more effective than melatonin. We're lucky Biden doesn't fall asleep in the middle of himself being the old person droning on and on. I would just love to be one of the aides on the side:

AIDE: Hey Bob the Intern. If Joe Biden were asleep and you were his alarm clock, how would you wake him up?

BOB THE INTERN: Wakey wakey, hands off snakey?

AIDE: Close enough.

At least with the rumor that Biden pooped his pants, there wasn't a video of it happening. Explaining this one away might be more difficult.
