Welcome to another edition of "What the Hell is Joe Biden doing?" Where we take a look at our puddingheaded president out in public and wonder what the hell this old coot is doing. Joining us today is DOCTOR Jill Biden Ph.D.. No doubt, an independent "fact" checker will be along shortly, too. Much like the "My Butt's Been Wiped Incident," they will discover conservatives having too much fun and tell us what "really" happened.

The event was for the 2021 Teachers' Union Member of the Year Award. Traditionally, when the band plays, that is when the president STOPS talking. But this is Joe Biden, and he gets confused easily. He continued in the middle of a speech he wasn't giving at the time. This is where Jill Biden had to treat President Biden--the commander-in-chief, and a man who has access to nukes--like a five-year-old child distracted in a candy store.

No wonder Joe Biden wanders off when Jill talks. She's no fun.

The simple explanation is the president forgot where he was and the sound guy forgot to cut the mic. That will be what the "independent" "fact" checkers tell us. No doubt they are in the process of doxxing the sound guy as we speak. It doesn't explain why Joe Biden walked up to the mic and looked to be talking directly into it. But don't believe your eyes. Only believe CNN.

What is clear is that the president of the United States is being treated like a child by his wife because, and I can't stress this enough, he needs to be. This isn't the first time a frustrated DOCTOR Jill Biden Ph.D. needed to get her hubby's attention as he got distracted by a shiny object. Or a little girl in pigtails.

I'd love to be on the group text Putin, Jinping, and Bob Taliban have with each other. "Did you see what that (poop emoji) did now?"
