They let Joe Biden out in public again. Even in a controlled environment, such as a Juneteenth celebration at the White House, this is proving to be problematic for his handlers. Biden doesn't do well being out and about where people can see him. He has trouble speaking. The man never looks like he knows where he is, how all these people got into his room, or who pooped in his pants. And there's always odd behavior. Yesterday, we hit the trifecta.

The least embarrassing for Biden was the public speaking. It's Joe pandering to a group of people who have darker skin than him. He was handed your typical speech where he tells this specific audience that America hates them and has always been against them. This includes during the seven decades Joe Biden has been a government employee. He gives the speech all the time. However, the speech had a lot of words and they don't always encode well in what's left of Biden's brain.

Freezing in public is another Biden problem. To the untrained eye, he looks like he's riddled with dementia and has no clue where he is. The elevator isn't going all the way up to the top. The lights are on but no one is home. However, experts and "independent" "fact" checkers swear Biden is as sharp as he's ever been according to people who have spoken to him behind closed doors.

It is unclear why Team Biden is refusing to show "that" Biden in public as a campaign tactic.

Is this shameless pandering? Or were they afraid of sending Grandpa out there without his daily serving of electrolytes? Hydration is important, sure. But you would think they could find a less embarrassing way to go about it.

Poll after poll shows Americans don't think Joey has the mental faculties to be president and that Democrats want anyone else. There's not much for his staff to do other than send him out there, pray for the best, and have a bottle of tequila handy.
