Otherwise, we'd have "Top 5 Moments Joe Biden Looked Like a Puddingheaded Old Nincompoop This Week Alone." Case in point, yesterday in Kansas City. Joe Biden still can't figure out how to wear a mask.

If my three-year-old nephew pulls down his mask to talk, he gets a talking to from his teacher. Joe Biden, who sets the rules, can't remember the rules he set. Though I guess I should be fair to the president. Joey says, according to the science, you should wear a mask unless you are eating or talking into a microphone. Maybe he was wearing a lavalier mic.

Later in the day, he told the same story about Amtrak that a) isn't true and b) he still confuses every time he tells it. We covered his attempt to tell the story once before at LwC. The RNC was kind enough to put together a compilation video. If Biden were a Republican, CNN would have a science expert on to diagnose him with dementia.

The numbers keep changing, and the guy Biden talks about died seven years ago. But hey, at least he got the name of the train right. Amtrak is, in fact, a train that Joe Biden has been on before.

And that, my friends, is the level of expectation we have for the commander-in-chief and the leader of the free world. Remembering that Amtrak is a train.
