Joe Biden lashed out at another reporter over questions about Vladimir Putin on Thursday. There's a definite sense of deja vu. Biden is in Brussels for very important grown-up business about Putin. Similar to last June, when Biden was on very important overseas grown-up business while meeting with Vladimir Putin. Today's sense of deja vu was a cranky president, possibly senile, lashing out at a reporter who dared question Biden's anti-Putin talking point of the week.

All Americans should rally behind our leader against our enemies. The rub is that in this case, every step of the way, Putin has made Biden look like his bitch. The world doesn't respect Joe Biden or view him as a competent leader. That's a problem that needs to be acknowledged. Especially if he's going to keep having old man meltdowns when out in public.
