Joe Biden shattered another glass ceiling of record-high inflation today. While his White House reaches for new excuses to blame for high gas prices and high every other price, Joey stuck with ol' reliable: Vladimir Putin. Only in his most insulting comments yet, he claims the American people are blaming Putin, too.

Interesting comments from a puddingheaded president. On the same day, Biden fan-fiction serial Morning Joe took a pause from playing with each other's private parts over the January 6 hearings to tell a Biden advisor to his face that the American people don't believe all this Putin malarky. Nevertheless, Biden persisted.

This means one of three things.

1. Joe Biden and the people who control Joe Biden know this is all bullplop. But they can't read polls, don't know how numbers work, and legit think the American people are dumb enough to believe this is all Vladimir Putin's fault.

2. Joe Biden and the people who control Joe Biden legit think this is Putin's fault, which would explain a lot. Because it would mean they're all imbeciles.

3. The people who control Joe Biden know that the American people don't buy it, but they've lost control of Joe Biden. He loves this talking point and, dagnabit, he's going to squeeze it for all the juice it is worth.

Whatever the excuse is, you know Joe Biden misses the good old days when he could just blame every policy disagreement on racism. That doesn't work when the president is a crusty old white guy who may have continence issues and who critics say may have dementia.
