Joe Biden traveled to Wisconsin on Thursday where his handlers let him attempt to speak in public. It is always a flip of a coin where it is a good idea or a bad idea to let him do so. Yesterday, the coin landed on derp.

Here's the latest example of classic Biden jibberish. I know some will call this his childhood stutter that none of us knew about until he was 77 years old. Other critics will say this is Biden's brain being 69% tapioca pudding and the words taking the wrong turn in Albuquerque on the way out of his mouth. You tell us.

We say "drunk or dementia," because while Biden is allegedly a teetotaler, the event took place at a brewery where Democrat Senator Amy Klobuchar was hitting the sauce pretty hard. And Joe didn't know how hats work.

However, even when he is sober, it is not like anyone can understand the sounds coming out of Joe Biden's mouth. Least of all, not Joe Biden.

One user said "They wanted him to say the water in the Great Lakes makes the best beer, but the demented pedophile couldn't get it out," while another claimed they were using Kamala's speechwriter saying "Beer brewed here is used to make the beer brewed here… thanks to the Great Lakes.”

One reader attempted to spell out Biden's quote phonetically, "He said gueuehsrjghtrjieishfbtjdjeudhbrjdbguyjfijsbwhs yd jfftjofotb when it was in Vietnam we drank beers."

This guy was just mean: "It was 'I like to watch my son bang my dead son's wife.'"

A reader claimed Biden said, “My butts have been wiped,” a reference to the classic Biden moment where we all thought Biden told reporters that his butt has been wiped until CNN fact-checked it for us.
