"These people need to fear retribution": Watch Predator Poachers' funniest sting operation yet
A man thought he was chatting with a 13-year-old girl, but he was wrong. Predator Poachers is back with another sting operation.
On Feb. 5, Long Island Predator Poacher Douglass King, Jr. caught a predator named Amir, who admitted to King that he intended to meet a 13-year-old girl. On March 29, he caught another predator named Joe.
This is the fifth catch for Long Island Predator Poacher Douglass King, Jr., and he claims it was “the best catch [they’ve] done so far.”
King met this man on Instagram. According to Joe, the girl told him she was 18. According to King, she never said that.
“Predators are getting so easy to catch because they all flock to the same website and use the same tactics; it’s almost like they move in herds,” Crowder said.
According to King, “[Joe was] by far one of the most rotten evil people I’ve had the displeasure of speaking to - lucky it made for some hilarious moments and he got completely fooled. Fools gonna fool. Working to get this out real soon.”

Without much hesitation, Joe admitted to King that he had assaulted a 13-year-old and implied it was okay because he had her mother's permission. He also admitted to using the “Monkey app,” which “is a live chat app that encourages random video chatting with strangers both locally and globally.”
According to Internet Matters, “Children and teens should not use the Monkey app" because "there are minimal safety features to protect minors."
“These people need to fear retribution. We don’t live in a culture where people fear showing their face. We need to bring back shame, and we need to bring back fear. These are valuable tools,” Crowder said.
The information was handed over to the police, and he was not arrested on site. However, the Gloucester Police Department has all the evidence.
“It’s still funny to watch because the big reason these hunters you see online are trying to be punitive—but King is like a disappointed father. There’s just a complete lack of respect,” Crowder said.
