Watch: Joe Rogan calls BS on new book's claim about the Kamala Harris interview, and he has receipts
Now that the dust is settling on Kamala Harris and the Democrat Party's epic electoral failure, it's time for the books to come out. Journalismers sat on a lot of news to be monetized at a later date, and various lefties need to spin that it was everyone's fault but their own. Up first is "FIGHT: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House" by Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes. One of the stories puts the blame on Joe Rogan for Kamala Harris not making an appearance on the podcast. Calling bullsh*t on that? Joe Rogan.
Apparently, the authors never contacted him about his side of the story. Go figure.
- Rogan had "conditions"
- Harris aides did a walk-through of his studio to scope things out
- They offered Rogan an in-person interview in Austin on October 25
- They were told Rogan was taking a “personal day” that day, and wound up interviewing Trump
Here's Joe with the truth. Those "conditions" were NO conditions, the same as with Trump. The rest of the claims were bupkis as well.
This is what actually happened with Kamala not coming on the podcast. https://t.co/XXvmYs6Cgs

As Rogan says, at the end of the day, Team Kamala never wanted to do the interview.
They wanted a stenographer and staff in the room, but Trump was alone for three hours.
They wanted it very controlled and were really concerned that it would not be edited, so I don’t think they were ever really sure they wanted to do it.
Kamala and the Democrats saw the success that Donald Trump and JD Vance were having working the podcast circuit, but they never understood WHY they were having success. They thought they could use podcasts to hit the same talking points they hit on CNN and MSNBC and in the same way, just on a different platform. That was Kamala's appearances on Club Shay Shay and Call Her Daddy. The Harris campaign fed them her talking points for her to hit. Nothing more.
Podcasts worked for Trump and Vance because they WEREN'T just like every other media hit you see politicians make. They were loose, free-flowing, and let the candidates look like normal people. The added benefit for Republicans is that you got to hear their actual thoughts and positions on issues and not be treated like an enemy combatant by journalismers who will talk over them and take them out of context no matter what Trump or Vance said.
People turn to podcasts for authenticity. Kamala Harris was the least authentic politician the Democrat had. That's why she lost. That's why she refused to do Rogan. And that's why her side is looking to blame him for it now.
