A federal judge has decided to override the will of the people, as he has tried to make wokeness great again.

US District Judge John Bates is demanding the Trump Administration restore webpages that have been deleted due to his executive order regarding gender ideology.

According to The Post Millennial:

US District Judge John Bates agreed to a request from Doctors for America, which sought a temporary restraining order. The group filed its suit against the Office of Personnel Management as well as the CDC, FDA, AND HHS on February 4, stating, "The removal of the webpages and datasets creates a dangerous gap in the scientific data available to monitor and respond to disease outbreaks, deprives physicians of resources that guide clinical practice, and takes away key resources for communicating and engaging with patients."

I am having a hard time correlating double mastectomies on health minors to “scientific data available to monitor and respond to disease outbreaks,” but I am not political science. Additionally, an ideology is not something that should guide physicians or clinical practice, so it’s pretty evident he’s demanding medicine use ideology over biology and nothing more evil than that.

The complaint added, "The removal of this information deprives researchers of access to information that is necessary for treating patients, for developing clinical studies that produce results that accurately reflect the effects treatments will have in clinical practice, and for developing practices and policies that protect the health of vulnerable populations and the country as a whole."

Even if what he is saying is true, which it’s not, that does not mean that physicians don’t have the means to find this ideology elsewhere. This is the only medical model that starts with the premise to self-affirm the patient's self-diagnosis and there is nothing more illogical or pseudoscientific than that.

Judge Bates wrote in his ruling, "It bears emphasizing who ultimately bears the harm of defendants’ actions: everyday Americans, and most acutely, underprivileged Americans, seeking healthcare. These individuals rely on the care of doctors like Liou and Ramachandran. If those doctors cannot provide these individuals the care they need (and deserve) within the scheduled and often limited time frame, there is a chance that some individuals will not receive treatment, including for severe, life-threatening conditions. The public thus has a strong interest in avoiding these serious injuries to the public health."

Affirming an indescribable and ambiguous feeling does nothing to treat “severe, life-threatening conditions” but sure, go off.

These medical interventions are so unpopular with the American people, at least when it comes to minors, that it’s indefensible that activists still fight for it as if it’s healthcare.

There is nothing life-saving about chopping off healthy body parts or performing Frankenstein surgeries for minors, and it’s deranged and unfathomable how these people have gotten this far.
