In case you haven't been keeping up, Senator John McCain was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. Earlier today, he made his first appearance in the Senate since his diagnosis. With the intention of casting his vote to debate how best to destroy the putrid garbage heap of feminists' used products known as Obamacare. After which, he gave an impassioned speech, calling for bi-partisan cooperation to fix our healthcare system.

That's just for context. We're not here to discuss the merits of the speech. The senate voted yesterday to debate Obamacare. Nothing was repealed. Nothing was replaced. Got it?

Unsurprisingly, leftists were quick to show McCain their "love" on Twitter. We've culled through the lot to give you the greatest hits. They range from trashing McCain's military service to praying for his demise. Those pesky, compassionate leftists just couldn't help themselves.

Typical of leftists, you're cool in their book until you dare to disagree with them. Then your status as a military hero goes out the window. McCain didn't vote to repeal Obamacare. At least not yet. This vote was to open up debate on the bill. Bears repeating.

Class act, right there.

Leftists have this idea in their head that nobody gets turned away in a single-payer or other government-run system. Except it happens all the time (read Single Payer ‘Success’? Put a leftist on the spot and they'll even admit the care is inferior. If you're lucky enough to receive it, that is.

Well, there you have it. This is how leftists act toward a guy who's fighting for his life. They want him to die a painful death, ASAP. All because John McCain thought jacking money from one group to give crappy, super-expensive health insurance to another group was a bad deal all around. Ergo he's a murderer.

Let it never be said leftists failed to bring their signature "tolerance" and "compassion" to even the gravest of circumstances.
