Usually when "Black Lives Matter" comes up in New York City, it usually follows your typical anti-police rhetoric (see Watch: NY Police Union Delivers Powerful Video to #BlackLivesMatter and NYPD Shows up to Help Peacefully. #BlackLivesMatter Hurl Insults…). In this case, a judge in Manhattan used it to make an important point during a trial. When I say "point" I mean an epic spanking.

“Black lives matter,” Justice Edward McLaughlin told defendant Tareek Arnold, 24, as he sentenced him in Manhattan Supreme Court.

“I have heard it, I know it, but the sad fact is in this courtroom, so often what happens is manifestations of the fact that black lives don’t matter to black people with guns.”

Arnold (the defendant), who is black, shot rival Jamal McCaskill, also black, four times at close range in the summer of 2015. Arnold also has a prior gun possession conviction.

Yeah, this is good stuff right here. Why is it so good? It's freaking truth, unfiltered, raw, real. But wait, it gets better...

Defense lawyer Mark Jankowitz requested the minimum sentence of 10 years, arguing that Arnold’s 1-year-old son would be without a father.

Usually we'd have to stop here and offer the obvious commentary. We don't have to this time.

“Do not ask a judge in this room, in this building, or in this system to somehow make amends for the people who commit violent acts and who by their violent acts wind up leaving people orphaned, abandoned, fatherless, etc.”

Boomity boom, boom! So here we have a piece of human debris who shot a guy to death. His attorney, as attorneys are wont to do, plays the "BUT HE HAS A KID!" card. As if Arnold here was runner up to this year's "World's Greatest Dad" Award. Presented immediately after "World's Greatest Husband" award was given to Bill Clinton (read Juanita Broadderick Takes to Twitter: 'Bill Clinton Raped Me...').

But this judge didn't buy the pre-packaged horse manure. Which is why this year we would like to award him with World's Greatest Judge Who Doesn't Take Crap from Leftist Social Justice Causes.
