The Final 'Justice League' Trailer. Because Movies are Meant to Entertain...
I know Crowder isn't a DC movie guy and Courtney will be upset there isn't enough Henry Cavill in this, but they're both off today. Also, Marvel Comics beats DC Comics like a shot to the jaw with the Infinity Gauntlet. Don't @ me.
That said, I give you the last trailer for the upcoming Justice League movie. Because while the left tries to politicize comics every chance they get (see Marvel Comics’ 21 Word Response to #SJWs is Perfect and DC Goes Political: Makes Batman the Villain and The Joker a Hero), the rest of us just want to enjoy watching things blow up for 90-120 minutes.
Explosions? Epic battles to decide the fate of humanity? Gal Gadot?
This is what the people crave. Entertainment. They don't turn on Star Wars for feminist indoctrination. All they want is to see people cutting each other's hands off with laser swords. We're bombarded with politics for the other 22-hours of our life. All we're looking for is a brief respite to laugh, cry, and cheer for fictional movie-screen persons.
But, most of the rabid leftists in Hollywood never got that memo. They're still busy at work, trying to turn Wonder Woman into an uggo and mind-raping us with politically-charged Ghostbusters remakes. Even though all their leftist pet projects tank like Batman with nipples, they still refuse to change things up. Their loss.
Here's hoping Justice League does well. If only to show the studios what the viewers want. Hollywood is having one of its worst years ever, right now. If this movie were to end that slump, it might make a big enough statement to open the studios' eyes. Entertain us, Hollywood. It's not that hard.
