Kamala Harris has been kept away from cameras over the past week. We saw her briefly standing behind her boss, masked up like she was a lieutenant in COBRA. But other than that, she's been kept away from the American people. It could be because the American people don't like her and she keeps polling as one of the most unpopular veeps ever. Maybe she was studying for her trip to Vietnam now that our puddingheaded president has created his own Saigon. Or maybe, just maybe, it's because of her offputting cackle at the worst possible times. Like as a reporter starts to (presumably) ask her about Americans trapped in Afghanistan.

HARRIS: LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! Let me stop you there. Does anyone have a question about Ron DeSantis or masks?

REPORTER: No.

HARRIS: LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!

(stops to make a serious face as she remembers what they made her memorize)

I want to talk about two things ...

Seriously, read the room, lady. You KNOW the first question is going to be about Afghanistan and the chaos that the administration you run with has caused. At least let the reporter finish the question before you ignore it and recite your memorized talking point.

The problem with Kamala is that she has a horrible poker face. Hence the nervous laughter at the worst possible times. You know when she starts laughing that she doesn't know what she's talking about, doesn't want to be there, or is lying through her teeth. Letting a reporter complete a question runs the risk of them asking if she has confidence with Joe Biden running things. At which point she would laugh so hard she'd pee her pants.

I'm really curious to see how Kamala's overseas trip goes. Her trip to Central America was an unmitigated disaster. Now she is going to parts of Asia, including VIETNAM, after Biden's Afghan incompetence has been broadcast throughout the globe. Harris is liable to take a question in Saigon about Afghanistan and be unable to breathe as she starts cackling like a hyena.
