Ukraine is not a part of NATO. The main reason for Russia invading is over the idea of Ukraine joining NATO. Putin knows this. Volodymyr Zelenskyy knows this. Everyone knows this except, maybe, for the office of the Vice President. For the second time this week, Kamala Harris has made a statement implying she doesn't know that. And that she is standing with Ukraine on behalf of NATO.

SPOILER: I don't think Kamala Harris wrote this tweet. She was busy making other errors. Harris did, however, say those words aloud, "stands firmly with the Ukrainian people in defense of the NATO alliance," two days ago.

Here's where the story gets really derpy. At least someone in the White House thinks the Vice President sounds like a nincompoop, not understanding Ukraine and NATO are two different things and that it's a dumb mistake in a "hey look, World War III" way. So they edited the official White House transcript of the remarks to read: "So I will say what I know we all say, and I will say over and over again: The United States stands firmly with the Ukrainian people [and] in defense of the NATO Alliance."

At least someone in the White House assumes that's what she meant to say. Only an imbecile wouldn't know that. And Kamala Harris is a heartbeat away from the president, who is a chucklehead. Not a lot of brainpower in the White House. Except for the one person who edited the transcript, yet forgot to relay the message to team Kamala.

Here's the question. Was the message not relayed to Harris' communications team? Or WAS the message relayed, and Kamala Harris is the type of person who would rather double down on a mistake instead of admitting she made one? I know that you know that I know the answer.
