Yesterday Team 36-Years Later Kavanaugh Accuser "He Touched Me Tho!" sent a list of demands to the Senate Judiciary committee over how 36-Years Later Kavanaugh Accuser "I don't remember how I got home but I know it was Kavanaugh who felt me up while we were both drunk" is to be treated by the people questioning the validity of the claims she does remember. One of which "Kavanaugh has to testify to the accusations first" (which is unheard of) is among that list of demands. Kellyanne Conway had some thoughts.

It’s very unusual for a person making an allegation to go second and not first. If you’re the plaintiff if you’re a complainant in a criminal proceeding — which, of course, this is not, nobody’s been charged with a crime — then you go first. Because you lay out your allegations to which person being accused responds. So asking for that usual sequence to be reversed itself is very unusual.

I think for Dr. Ford that these conditions on the testimony could work against her also. If she wants to tell her story, then I would say the most pure thing to do would be for each of them to tell their story.

Typically the person making the accusation testifies first. Typically an innocent person who's been wronged does whatever it takes for justice to be done. Typically an innocent person seeking justice wants justice done quickly. Especially after waiting 36 years to see that justice is done. Typically innocent people do not keep delaying their chance to right a wrong. So either Ford isn't typical, or she's a liar.

Is there a chance Ford is telling the truth, or at least her version of "her truth." Certainly. But her behavior is anything but innocent. The timing of all this, the pattern the accusation lacks, signifies this is nothing but a political hit for political reasons.

A man's entire life is being called into question, his reputation already tarnished perhaps beyond repair, because of this accusation.

This is looking more like a sham than any kind of credible accusal.
