There is no bigger embarrassment to the Supreme Court of the United States than Ketanji Brown Jackson, as she just compared banning sex changes for kids to bans on interracial marriage.

It’s astonishing the lengths these people will go to defend this deranged ideology, especially at the expense of logic.

How does that even make sense in her mind? She claims that because trans people are “classified,” that makes this the same as “classifying” by race, which makes no sense because it’s the left classifying them into groups that do not exist. Nonetheless, her argument lacks all logic legally, morally, and biologically. This is not about denying a group of people medical care, it’s about protecting kids and the fact that these people are too deranged to see that proves they are the problem.

Jackson was never qualified to serve on the SCOTUS, as she’s nothing more than a DEI pick who is beholden to progressive ideology. And while she has trouble making basic legal arguments, she also fails to make the least bit of sense, as interracial marriage has nothing to do with sex changes for kids.

What is the end goal here anyway for the left? Why are they so dedicated to the “cause” of forcing kids to make irreversible decisions before their brains are even developed? Why is this even a thing to them? And even if their reasoning was correct, which it’s not, it still does not justify this because their interventions are irreversible.

As they said, kids are confused. So how are we supposed to know that they “know” this is what they truly want? You can’t, as proven by the fact that detransitioners are a thing. So there really is nothing these people can say to defend their deranged ideology, which is why they rely on distorting the truth and lying.

One of Biden’s worst accomplishments was appointing Jackson to the SCOTUS, as nothing good ever comes out of DEI.
