Illegal immigration benefits many people, but none of those people happen to be American citizens. In fact, they are the ones who suffer the most. However, some areas suffer more than others. And one Texas border town may be suffering more than anyone reading this.

Since Sleepy Joe has taken office and opened the floodgates, Kinney County, Texas saw criminal prosecutions increase by at least 5,000 percent. However, the left claims this is just a coincidence and that there is no possible way that illegal aliens commit crimes.

According to The Post Millennial:

During a hearing on the border crisis hosted by the House Budget Committee, Kinney County Attorney Brent Smith noted that in 2020, only 134 criminal charges were recorded in his jurisdiction.

"This drastically changed in 2021," he explained, "after President Biden issued multiple executive orders revoking numerous border security policies that the DHS was operating under to successfully secure our border."

He detailed how soon after, cartels "seized control of our border and imposed their own policies that would allow their criminal enterprises to thrive."

In 2021, the county recorded 2,708 criminal charges, and the following year, that number ballooned to 6,800. While the figure did decrease slightly to 5,826 in 2023, Smith noted that it was still far too many for authorities to deal with.

This is the perfect example of how open borders make it nearly impossible to enforce the rule of law.

Again, many people benefit from open borders. This includes the cartel, NGOs, human and drug traffickers, and criminals. But all that is at the expense of the livelihood and safety of American citizens. And I may be mistaken, but I could have sworn that the job of the White House was to protect the freedoms of Americans and not destroy them. But I guess I stand corrected.

He said that while the county typically runs on a $6 million budget, Biden's open border policies have cost Texas taxpayers an additional $10.5 million, on top of the unmeasurable cost of losing the feeling of safety and security.

When the most evil and corrupt people profit off a corrupt system, that is typically a sign that things have got to change. But we can only expect more of the same as the alien invasion gets worse by the day.

The worst part about this is that as long as we have Mr. Potato Head in the Oval Office, these numbers will only rise.

The left has come up with every excuse to gaslight the public and pretend none of this is going on. However, that could only work for so long and now they have to pretend to care because it's an election year. It is frightening to think how bad this situation will get if Sleepy Joe remains in office. But we know things are going to get worse as it's only a month before we get our "summer surge."

When the government starts "preparing" for more "newcomers" that is typically a sign that this is not a natural crisis. But I am not a political science so do with that what you will.

Never underestimate the fact that progressives can inherit one of the most secure borders in American history and give you a 5000 percent increase in crime. They could end the problem in no time, but they would rather lead the country to progressive ruin.
