Karine Jean-Pierre's brain short circuits when reporter asks: So what about when Joe Biden calls things a "bloodbath?"

There is one word to sum up Election 2024: bloodbath. No, I'm not talking about the polls showing how horrible Biden is. I'm also sure at some point, Donald Trump will use another commonly used word that Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) will claim is violent rhetoric and proof that democracy is on the line. Even though they use the same word all the time themselves. Kinda like how it's ok for them to question election results. But for now, "bloodbath" is the word of the day.
I think you know how we got here. Trump used the word "bloodbath" to describe what will happen to the automotive industry if Biden wins reelection and the people who control Biden are allowed to live out their soggiest electric vehicle dreams. The media did media things about it. Now, Trump is taking the word back.
Trump just released this brutal new video on Biden's Border Bloodbath. Woah. pic.twitter.com/gkPlmRAeZ1

Karine Jean-Pierre was asked if the White House felt it was appropriate to call the Biden Border Crisis a "bloodbath."

Sorry. Wrong post.
Karine Jean-Pierre says calling the border invasion a "bloodbath" is "violent rhetoric" that "puts our fellow Americans in harm's way" 🥴 pic.twitter.com/b4Arl8V6R9

Enter: DOOCY. He had a simple question, really. The position of the White House is that when Donald Trump says the word "bloodbath," it's the worst thing that anyone can say ever. What's it called with Joe Biden calls things a "bloodbath?"
Doocy: “[Inaudible]. Bloodbath is an ugly word —”
KJP: “We got —”
Doocy: “— when Trump uses it. What is it —”
KJP: “— it’s not —”
Doocy: “— when Biden uses it?”
KJP: “No, no, no. Let's be very clear. You gotta — actually — asked me the question in context of what it was… pic.twitter.com/KDxnSs29ox

Her brain breaks, so she resorts to her crutch: a noun, a verb, and 1/6.
Doocy: “I’m reading a direct quote from Joe Biden. ‘What we can't let happen is let this primary become a negative bloodbath.’”
KJP: “He's talking about — he was talking about a group of people — a group of people. That's what he's talking about. What the President was talking… pic.twitter.com/cBwhTb9H1h

You can expect more of this over the next seven months:
- Donald Trump will say lots of words.
- Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) will claim one of those words is the worst thing that anyone has said ever.
- Someone will point out how Democrats say that same word all the time.
- Democrats and the media will claim that's different.
Anything to distract from the border, grocery prices, cost of living, etc.
