Knife crime is on the rise in London, most recently the London Bridge terror attack (see Yet ANOTHER Terror Attack Hits UK, This Time London Bridge and London Bridge Attacker was Featured in ‘The Jihadis Next Door’). In America, we would have leftist politicians pushing "common sense knife reform" and claiming anyone who disagreed with said reform was a racist who hates women.

In London, Mayor Sadiq Khan is taking a different approach. He wants to censor the internet. Not censor it himself. But he'd like Google and YouTube to work with him. You know, to stop Islamists from knifing people. Start banning videos. It makes sense if you're high on shrooms.

The Mayor is urging tech and social media companies, including YouTube and its parent company, Google, to take tough action to crack down on videos that encourage gang violence and knife crime.

YouTube has refused to take down four violent videos reported to them by the Metropolitan Police since December. The videos depict gang members threatening and goading rival gangs, describing how they would murder them, making shooting hand signals and waving a Rambo knife.

Collectively, the videos have been viewed more than 356,000 times. Despite YouTube’s own rules stating that ‘threats, harassment, intimidation (and) inciting others to commit violent acts…are taken very seriously’ and the Met providing detailed context, the site claimed no breach had taken place.

I mean, it beats some of the UK's other ideas (see UK Police Creates Game for People to Spot ‘Right-Wing Extremism.’ and Authorities Investigating a “Bacon Hate Crime” Outside a Mosque). But it also goes to the wanting to ban guns in the States. Ban guns, and people will just kill each other with knives. Then you ban knives, and people will kill each other with cars. The UK knows about that one, too. You have to confront the actual problem in order to solve it. That is "some people want to off other people" with pointy kitchen utensils or diesel fueled lorries.

Not to be a total racist here, but isn't the problem in Europe stemming from an ideology which advocates for the purging of infidels? Call me an ignoramus, but I don't think the Qur'an specifies the exact methodology for dispatching infidels. Nor do I believe Allah-adherents are scrambling to the YouTuben for #Murderspiration.

Which means, as usual, a leftist is blaming something else other than the actual problem. It's YouTube's fault for meanie pants videos. Someone call Hillary Clinton, Sadiq totes stole her idea. She should sue him for breach of Blaming YouTubes.

Leftists should never be leaders. It's a dangerous crapshoot all around.
