I don’t recall voting for Senior District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Nov., do you? Because she is acting as if she has the authority to override the will of the voters, not just now, but in future elections as well—and it’s unclear where she found the nerve to do that.\

Kollar-Kotelly has decided to halt parts of Trump’s executive order that requires proof of citizenship when registering to vote.

According to CNN:

“Our Constitution entrusts Congress and the States — not the President — with the authority to regulate federal elections. Consistent with that allocation of power, Congress is currently debating legislation that would effect many of the changes the President purports to order,” she wrote. “And no statutory delegation of authority to the Executive Branch permits the President to short-circuit Congress’s deliberative process by executive order.”

The judge is also pausing a separate provision in the executive order that would require federal agencies that offer registration opportunities to assess a person’s citizenship before providing a person a voter registration form.

Any person who is actively against voter registration does not want secure elections, there is no other way to look at this. It's not even possible to name one logical reason as to why Americans do not deserve to know their vote matters.

Every illegitimate vote further overrides the will of the people.

The comical reasoning she uses is that Trump has "no statutory delegation of authority" and that he can't "short-circuit Congress." However, I don't ever recall a judge having the "statutory delegation of authority" to overrule the will of the American people.

This executive order is what the people voted for, but since she condemns secure elections, she probably couldn't care less about that.

Kollar-Kotelly is not the only activist judge to pull a stunt like this just this week.

Again, I don't ever recall the American people voting for any of these activist judges to be the POTUS, and it's astonishing the power trip they are on. The judicial system was never intended to be more powerful than the will of the people, and the sooner the left realizes that, the better off everyone will be.
