The trial of Kyle Rittenhouse certainly hasn’t faded just yet from the public conversation. After being found not guilty on every single charge, breaking the brains of lefties everywhere, he took a brief victory lap, making appearances on various shows, including one right here with Steven Crowder. But another round of high-fives may be in order, as Rittenhouse’s friend Dominick Black, who was previously charged with providing a firearm to a minor, has accepted a plea deal.

“Remember the guy who bought Kyle Rittenhouse the AR-15? Dominick Black? Was facing felony charges? He's reached a proposed plea deal. No felonies. No jail time. $2K fine for 'contributing to delinquency of a minor.' Judge Schroeder must sign off.”

The left wanted their pound of flesh from someone. They couldn’t get it from Rittenhouse, and now, they’re not getting it from Black. To have such a huge story for the left implode, with not a single person being found guilty of a crime worthy of the media outrage, the wringing of hands, and the vitriol of the entire political left, it must feel like a slap in the face.

The entire cast of the television comedy series called CNN will certainly be apoplectic! Joy Reid might jump in at her network to rant about the evils of white people, too. That’s kind of her shtick.

For now, however, the Rittenhouse saga has come to probably the best resolution we could have asked for. If anyone wants to really cheese off the left, maybe start a fund to pay for Black’s ticket.
