The failures surrounding Los Angeles’ firefighting capabilities go beyond the chief, although the fact that she is an “appointed lapdog” did residents no favors. And while the people of Los Angeles are suffering under the worst fires in Southern California history, the incompetent leadership is exactly who to blame.

Electing the next fire chief is probably a good decision, although it’s unclear if the people would elect another DEI hire as they did with their useless mayor. Nonetheless, they can’t do any worse than appointing someone simply because of their preferences in the bedroom.

The people under Los Angeles have suffered under some of this nation's worst leadership, so much so that officials cannot commit to the bare minimum. Not only did they ignore the risk, but they refused to take any proactive measures.

The city is a total joke, as they mock public safety as if it's nothing more than insignificant birth traits. But to be fair, even Crowley sounded the alarm about the harm city officials have caused to the fire department.

This is what makes the fires so much worse, as they intentionally weakened the department for reasons no one could ever explain

in a sane society, residents would endlessly be demanding the resignation of nearly every city council member but Los Angeles is not what you would call "sane." But let's hope residents vote all these buffoons out for good, as none of them have proven to be in it for the people they pretend to represent.
