In case it had slipped your mind, we've only a few more weeks until the return of the Baxter clan on Last Man Standing. You probably remember how ABC put the kibosh the show under suspicious circumstances. Fans flipped sh*t, demanding for Mike Baxter from Outdoor Man to return to their television boxes.

Lucky for us, FOX swooped in to save the day, and now the show is back. The cast made a video giving mad props to those pesky fans for giving the show a second life:

Picking up a year after the sixth season finale, Mike and Vanessa eagerly await Eve's visit home from the Air Force Academy. Meanwhile Ryan's anxiety about current events leads to a shocking announcement in the all-new “Welcome Baxter” season premiere episode of Last Man Standing airing Friday, September 28th on FOX.

This is the power of the market, my friends. Get enough people together to demand more Mike Baxter and somebody will step in to meet the demand. That persistent nagging for more LMS is the reason why our rear ends will be parked on the couch in a few weeks in celebration of this great success.

Leftist Hollywood is surely grumbling right now at the thought of having to produce a show with a right-leaning lead. They'd much rather us view another cookie-cutter show about a progressive multi-racial family of transgenders, resisting the Donald at every turn. Too bad. We demanded more Mike Baxter and we're getting him, in all his glory. Praise be to the Lord.
