Watch: Exclusive Leaked NASA Email Shows Agency Fearful of Efforts to Eliminate DEI
A leaked NASA email indicated that the agency is extremely concerned about Trump’s efforts to eliminate DEI within the bureaucracy. Today’s show breaks down these exclusive findings.

“Those who support the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion are rightly concerned about the impact of Donald Trump’s victory in the 2024 U.S. presidential election,” the email reads. “The incoming Trump administration will almost certainly escalate the growing backlash against DEI in the workplace.”
"Can you imagine a place where race or gender could be less relevant than NASA?" Crowder said. "At what percentage should it factor into the equation?"

NASA is worried about a growing backlash against DEI but believes "that under the most pessimistic scenario, many forms of DEI will remain lawful under a Trump presidency."
It's unclear how any government agency can promote one skin color over another and it remains legal but this allegedly "includes expanding outreach to broaden candidate pools, adopting structured interview processes, creating mentorship and coaching programs that are open to all."
The email intended to collaborate on how NASA officials can "continue to build a just and inclusive organization even in a challenging environment."
The email also informed employees of upcoming woke DEI workshops, including one dedicated to parents who trans their kids. Because obviously, that is what this country's space force should spend tax dollars on."
"You can't have DEI and forced outcomes and base it on performance metrics. It's not possible," Crowder said.
