Lebron James recently came under leftist hell fire because of an interview he did. In said interview, he was asked for his opinion on the latest athlete protests (see Kate Upton Blasts Miami Dolphins' National Anthem Protest: 'A Disgrace!'). His response? Super rational. That didn't sit well with leftists. Naturally...

"Me, standing for the national anthem is something I will do. That's who I am. That's what I believe in. But that doesn't mean I don't respect and don't agree with what Colin Kaepernick is doing."

That's... surprisingly fair. James respects what Kaepernick's doing, but he made the personal decision to stand for the National Anthem. Whether or not you agree with Lebron on the whole "respect" part, he makes a good point. The 1st amendment does work both ways.

Seems like no big deal, right? Not enough to cause outrage. But there's more...

ALL LIVES MATTER?

Firstly, these tweets sound a tad, dare I say... racist. But hey, what do I know? After all, I'm no second rate quarterback who makes millions while "suffering under racism."

Also, notice something here? Lebron James didn't rudely decide to go on a tirade in the middle of a sporting event. He was ASKED for his opinion, so he gave an honest response. See how that works?

Here's the thing, remember the Espy's (see Lebron James Goes Against #BlackLivesMatter Grain: It's Time to Look in the Mirror…)? In case you missed it, Lebron called on his colleagues to put their money where their mouth is.

Guess who held up his end of the bargain?

Yeah, Lebron James wants to bring people together - AND actually works within his community to do something about it. That's called offering a solution to help better the community. You know, instead of just bitching about it on TV. Whether or not you agree with all of Lebron's talking points, his efforts? They should be applauded.

Instead, BLMers are simply attacking him in the most predictable fashion known to mankind. Possibly because his level-headed response goes against their victim narrative...
