When it comes to making everything seem racist, leftists are Olympic-level mental gymnasts. If there's a way, logical or not, to paint something they don't like as "Nazi stuff," leftists find it. With all the grace of diapered gorillas dancing on the high beam.

Which brings us to their latest feat. Progressives are going for the gold by claiming math is racist. For being too hard and too white.

A University of Illinois math professor believes that algebra and geometry perpetuate “white privilege” because Greek terms give Caucasians unearned credit for the subject.

But that isn’t the professor’s only complaint. She also believes that evaluations for math proficiency perpetuates discrimination against minority students, if they do worse than their white counterparts.

This is a soft admission the professor believes "people of color" suck at math. Let that sink in.

Rochelle Gutierrez argues in a newly published math education book for teachers that they must be aware of the identity politics surrounding the subject of mathematics.

“On many levels, mathematics itself operates as Whiteness,” she argues with complete sincerity, according to Campus Reform. “Who gets credit for doing and developing mathematics, who is capable in mathematics, and who is seen as part of the mathematical community is generally viewed as White.”

So, math is just weaponized racism. William Jones named it "pi" because white supremacy. Pythagoras was a Klansman who conceived a plan to keep brown people down using triangles. Newton developed calculus because his white sheet was at the cleaners that day.

Greek letters make math a white supremacist construct? How many American white kids not named Papadopoulos do you know who speak a word of Greek? Gyros and moussaka are just as foreign to whites.

Also, since when are white people the only ones who excel at math? When it comes to numbers, Asians are practically Rain Man. Without the debilitating need to source their underpants at K-Mart. So much that being good at math is their biggest racial stereotype.

Claims like this go to show just how racist the left is. Yeah, you read that right. It's leftists who claim minorities aren't intellectually capable of speaking English or solving polynomials. Which is why they feel the need to step in, like a parent to a diaper-clad infant.
