Michael Banerian wants to show that young adults still have faith in the political system, but he said his selection as one of Michigan’s 16 Electoral College voters has prompted emails urging him to vote for Democrat Hillary Clinton and even threatening death.

“You have people saying ‘you’re a hateful bigot, I hope you die,’ ” he said. “I’ve had people talk about shoving a gun in my mouth and blowing my brains out. And I’ve received dozens and dozens of those emails. Even the non-threatening-my-life emails are very aggressive.”

Here we see the leftists in nature, showing off plumage of tolerance, love, acceptance and unity. Simply because the election didn't quite go their way. Death to any will not allow a leftist to have his way. #LoveisLove

The whole point of the Electoral College is to give each state a voice, rather than leaving the presidency to costal cities like New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. So instead of one big election, we have 50 mini-elections to give the less populated states in "flyover" country better representation. Which rather goes to the "fairness" bullet point in the leftists manifesto, right? It would hardly be fair to leave the decision of president solely in the hands of New York or Chicago.

What the recent opposition to the electoral college proves is leftists don't actually care about fairness. Unless they're winning, of course. Then it's all good. When they lose, they turn into rabid hogs (read INCLUSIVITY: ‘Peaceful’ Hillary Supporters Beat the Crap Out of Trump-Voter). The fact is, the people of those states chose Donald Trump to be their next President. And those electors are carrying out the will of the people when they cast their vote for Trump. Maybe you "Democratic Socialists" should stop bullying them and maybe try being a little more...you know...democratic.
