Don Lemon states, “We're in a recession and a dictatorship.” It’s unclear if he’s resorting back to the old definition of recession, which is the one the left uses when a Republican is in office, or the one they used under the Biden Administration. Nonetheless, Lemon claims Trump is “scared” and only doing interviews “to change the narrative.”

What makes this so disingenuous is that he claims that the left should be “pointing this out endlessly.” However, I do not recall him making that same demand when Sleepy Joe was in office.

Trump has not even been in office for several months and the left has already complained more about his economy than Bidens. That is how you know they are not being genuine, as they don’t actually care about struggling Americans. The fact that he believes the bureaucracy or someone like Kamala would somehow do a better job is comical, considering the woman cannot put basic sentences or thoughts together if her life depended on it.

Additionally, we already lived through one of Trump’s economies so it’s not like the masses are sitting in anticipation as to what he intends to do. We also lived through Biden’s economy, which was actually Kamala’s because she made the tie-breaking vote for the Inflation Reduction Act and the American Rescue Plan. Subsequently, it was her hand raise that created record inflation not seen in decades.

Are we supposed to believe she would be doing a much better job right now? Because we already lived through her de facto first term and it was much worse than what he’s complaining about.

It also makes no sense to call this a dictatorship, as the majority of Americans claim Trump is doing exactly what he promised. In other words, this is what the people voted for.

It’s unclear why the left only believes recessions exist when a Republican is in office but he’s not fooling anyone with his fearmongering tactics. Subsequently, it’s time for Lemon to “wake up.”
