Joe Rogan isn't new to speaking out about biological men competing in women's sports. Ever since Fallon Fox was crushing lady orbital bones, Rogan has had an issue with it. It wasn't until all the drama surrounding Lia Thomas did apolitical people in the middle wake up and say, "No, this ain't right." Seeing the #462 male swimmer become the #1 female swimmer in America and stealing opportunities from your biological daughters will do that.

The slope finally slipped so far.

Rogan says this has now turned into an assault on women's sports: "And the idea that anybody would think it’s fair that someone who [was] number 462 as a man [...] in the nation is number one as a woman a year later, and that’s fair? [...] That might be the woke straw that breaks the society’s camel back.” Ok, the analogy was a bit of a struggle. But you can still pick up what he's throwing down.

Rogan went on to say, "Women are so frustrated, or parents, if your daughter’s competing, and they’re competing against a trans woman, it’s not fair [...] there's 'outliers' and there's BIOLOGICAL MALES."

It doesn't end with NCAA swimming. Lia Thomas competed as a dude a few years ago. UK Cyclist Emily Bridges compete as a bloke LAST MONTH! And they were going to let Bridges compete until the girl cyclists threatened to boycott the race. It was only because of a technicality--Emily is still registered in the league as a man--that Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) pulled s/he from the race. However, it's only temporary while the issue is further studied.

Except the issue has been further studied. British sports councils (SCEG) reviewed science, and it was determined that there ARE differences in "strength, stamina, and physique between the average woman compared with the average person registered male at birth." In layman's terms, boys and girls are different. The SCEG also said, "there was no easy way to balance safety, fairness and trans inclusivity," and that "they would have to prioritise which to favour."

This is the SCEG saying there is no easy way. You and I both know there is a very easy way. Men compete against men. Women compete against women. Prioritize the competitors who DIDN'T compete as a different gender last month. There you go.
