The general feeling outside of those who have the most terminal of Trump Derangement Syndrome cases is that the election effectively ended last weekend. It's thanks to that iconic photo of Trump standing defiant after a failed assassination attempt. So, of course, journalismers want to bury the content because they are afraid they are helping Trump get elected.

You know the photo:

In reaction to journalism helping the wrong person, journalismers invented a new word. "Photoganda." Think "cheap fake" in a still-frame form. As the media wrings their hands about how the photo, one that a psychotherapist feels "encapsulates the essence" of what Americans want from its leaders, an editor at a major newspaper wants it buried.

Axios cited a photo editor and photographer "from a major news outlet" who suggested the media refrain from using the photo "despite how good it is" to avoid casting the former president in a positive light.

"The amount that publications have been using Evan's photo is kind of free PR for Trump in a way, and it's dangerous for media organizations to keep sharing that photo despite how good it is," the editor told the outlet.

I was watching KFC Radio yesterday. It's a total non-political podcast, but this was a major world event. The media's garbage reporting that followed the assassination attempt came up. One of the co-hosts, playing devil's advocate, gave journalismers the benefit of the doubt about reporting responsibility when an event just happened. In a perfect world, that would be a fair assessment.

The rub is for the past two weeks since the debate, journalismers have been admitting that they didn't report honestly about Joe Biden because they "did not want to be accused of helping elect Donald Trump.”

George Clooney just admitted that at his fundraiser, the one where Obama had to lead Biden off stage like a child, everyone in attendance knew that Biden was unwell. When the fundraiser happened, the media reported that the video of Obama leading Biden off stage like a child was "misinformation."

So when CNN reports, "Secret Service Rushes Trump Off Stage After He Falls At Rally," it's not being done in the name of responsible journalisming.

Now they want to bury a Pulitzer Prize-level photo.

Gee, I wonder if Big Tech will follow suit.
