If your kids are anything like mine, they love their scooters. Their scooters provide endless enjoyment doing nothing but scooting up and down the block. When they are feeling adventurous, they might even scoot down someone's driveway. I'm sure you can picture the smile on their faces. Then we see them running with a $30 scooter they did not have before turning the corner. If you are speechless that three guys would assault a SIX-YEAR-OLD GIRL to steal her $30 scooter, so was one of the neighbors.
