Edgar Mendoza, 32, broke into a home in the Chambersburg neighborhood early Tuesday morning, police said.

The girl's father noticed a light had been turned off upstairs, and went to investigate, police wrote in an affidavit.

The girl's father walked into her bedroom to check on her and found a man - later identified as Mendoza - in her bed.

Mendoza jumped up and then jumped from a second-floor window and absconded on foot, police said.

So Señor Mendoza slithered out of the New Jersey "shadows" from which he was hiding from ICE (I'm as serious as hemorrhoids), crawled up to a girl's room and had a little fun of his own. Then once busted by papa bear, retreated back into the shadows.

The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office will seek to detain Mendoza pending trial.

However, Mendoza is currently the subject of a detainer from the U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), records show.
