Yes, most of the Marco Rubio talk from Saturday night's debate was from the exchange he lost against Chris Christie.

However he MORE than made up for it with this answer on abortion and if Republicans are "extreme..."

"Here's what I find outrageous. There have been five Democratic debates. The media has not asked them a single question on abortion, and on abortion the democrats are extremists. Why doesn't the media ask Hillary Clinton why she believes that all abortion should be legal, even on the due date of that unborn child? Why don't they ask Hillary Clinton why she believes that partial birth abortion, which is a gruesome procedure that has been outlawed in this country, she thinks that's a fundamental right. They are the extremists when it comes to the issue of abortion and I can't wait to expose them in a general election."

Marco Rubio has shown to be more than adept at taking the media's narrative and throwing it back at them (see LOL: Marco Rubio Schools Student on Dumb Abortion Question and Marco Rubio Spanks Matt Lauer on Gun Control), but this was hands down the best answer we've ever seen about abortion at any debate.

He might just want to work on that whole "repeating the same thing four times" thing.

That's what worries me most about Rubio. Sure, he arguably sounds the most presidential. But how presidential does he sound off of his talking points? That remains to be seen. Still, nationally he's by far the best candidate to beat Hillary or Bernie. So I'm hoping he shows a little more of the kinds of answers above to encourage people to pull the lever for him.

Otherwise it could be a looooooong four-to-eight years.
